Role Overview

Restaurant Operations

• Ensure all restaurants meet brand operational standards and food safety standards.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations, execution, sales, and profitability.
• Understand local marketing areas and competitor trends.
• Establish sales and service goals with franchise owners and management.
• Provide guest service and resolve issues.
• Ensure new products and processes are correctly executed during marketing windows.

Team Management

• Lead team meetings and communicate a clear vision.
• Train restaurant supervisors on marketing windows, limited-time offers, and brand initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, monitor, appraise, and review employees.
• Manage and coordinate the restaurant management team.
• Coach team members to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Planning and Competencies

• Develop business plans and action plans with franchise owners for the restaurant portfolio.
• Use analytical skills, business acumen, time management, problem-solving, and team motivation.
• Demonstrate honesty, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 to 5 years of multi-unit restaurant or similar hospitality experience is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of the experience must be as a manager in the UAE.
• Three years of food court or QSR restaurant manager experience is required.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Tagalog are required.
• A UAE driving license is required.
• Basic computer, mathematics, and financial management skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred.
• Having a personal car is advantageous.

Working Conditions

• The role requires travel between restaurants.
• Work location is in person.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 5,500 per month.
