Restaurant Manager (Mexico City)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations, staff scheduling, service standards, and opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory and coordinate local and imported Indian ingredient suppliers.
• Hire, train, and supervise service and kitchen support staff.
• Handle cost control, daily sales reporting, and profit and loss support.
• Execute catering and events and serve as the face of the restaurant for guests.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Indian cuisine experience is strongly preferred.
• Current or previous work outside India is requested by the source description.
• Strong English and Hindi or Punjabi for kitchen coordination.
• Willingness to learn Spanish for guest-facing work.
• A hands-on ownership mentality and willingness to relocate are required.

Compensation and sponsorship

• Pay is AED 4,400 to AED 6,600 per month.
• The employer offers full Mexican work visa sponsorship and covers visa processing costs.
• The offer includes a one-way flight, first-month accommodation, settlement assistance, and meals on duty.

Schedule

• A six-day work week is typical, with restaurant hours.
