The Restaurant Manager will manage daily operations for one of Hilton's hotel dining outlets.
The role focuses on memorable guest experiences, service quality, and hospitality standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage outlet operations, guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policies.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and product quality, address issues, and identify improvements to the dining experience.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, evaluate, develop, and recognize team members.
- Implement marketing, upselling, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability.
- Lead hiring, interviews, onboarding, and training for new team members.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
