About the Role
Mukbang Shows Restaurant, a fast-growing Korean BBQ and seafood restaurant brand in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure food quality and service standards, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Lead, coach, and motivate the front of house and back of house teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Schedule staff and manage labor efficiently
- Train new team members and develop future leaders
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Achieve sales and operational performance targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Korean or Asian Restaurant experience preferred
- Experience managing high volume restaurants preferred
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant reporting
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage
