Managing and optimising staff rotas, always ensuring effective cover while working within agreed budgets
Leading, recruiting, and developing a high-performing front of house team, maintaining Richmond Villages’ high standards
Overseeing all daily restaurant operations, delivering an exceptional experience across dining, bar, and room service
Planning and delivering events and functions, maximising the use of village spaces to drive engagement and revenue
Building relationships with local businesses and organisations to increase external bookings and revenue opportunities
Working collaboratively with marketing to promote events, functions, and dining experiences
Working closely with the kitchen and wider teams to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest & resident experience
Managing dietary, allergen, and alternative meal requirements safely and effectively
