Job Requirements
- Relevant F&B experience of 3–5+ years is required.
- Previous Restaurant Manager experience is required.
- A hospitality or F&B diploma or degree is preferred.
- A Food Safety or Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
- A Qatar Food Handler Health Certificate is required.
- POS, staff supervision, inventory and cost control, complaint handling, and sales/KPI knowledge are required.
- Good English and Arabic communication skills and a valid QID are required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts from QAR 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff and coordinate day-to-day service operations.
- Use POS systems to support restaurant operations.
- Manage inventory and monitor operating costs.
- Handle customer complaints and support service recovery.
- Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs.
