Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring excellence across mini golf, bars, food service, and guest experience
- Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team focused on delivering standout service
- Maintain high standards in service, hygiene, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations
- Monitor and optimize performance in staffing, inventory, cost control, and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs to drive profitability and efficiency
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and high energy team culture aligned with the Swingers brand
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Be present and hands on during service to lead by example and ensure a seamless guest journey
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a management role within hospitality or entertainment venues
- Proven success in team leadership, guest experience, and operational performance
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting
- Passion for delivering fun, engaging, and memorable experiences
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a hands on approach
- Experience working in the UAE
