About the Role
Danat is urgently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a reputed restaurant in Jumeira, Dubai. The role involves full responsibility for daily operations, team management, and achieving business targets.

- Fully responsible for overall day to day restaurant business operations
- Handle and hold responsibilities for all food service operations
- Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
- Create strategies to achieve provided targets
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health & safety guidelines and UAE regulations
- Train, manage and motivate the entire team of the restaurant
- Manage different departments such as customer relations, employee engagements, vendor relations and inventory control
- Familiar with food preparation process to minimize wastage and control food cost
- Regularly measure and evaluate service levels and standards through customer feedback and company policy
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in restaurant or hotel industry
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Arabic speaking preferred
- Experience in Mandi restaurant is an added advantage
