Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high quality guest experience
- Supervise front of house and back of house teams
- Manage staffing schedules, and support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Monitor service standards, drive customer satisfaction, and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee food and beverage quality, coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and monitor cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support marketing initiatives and report operational performance to senior leadership
Requirements
- Strong customer focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Hiring and team leadership, including staff training, coaching, and performance management
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and senior management
- Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu comprehension, service standards, and basic understanding of cost and inventory management
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in the hospitality or F&B sector
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to restaurant operations
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with basic restaurant management systems or POS software
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage

Role Description
- This full time, on site Restaurant Manager role is based in Dubai and is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a high quality guest experience.
