Role Description

  • This full time, on site Restaurant Manager role is based in Dubai and is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a high quality guest experience.
  • The Restaurant Manager supervises front of house and back of house teams, manages staffing schedules, and supports hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
  • The role includes monitoring service standards, driving customer satisfaction, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • The Restaurant Manager also oversees food and beverage quality, coordinates with suppliers, manages inventory, and monitors cost controls.
  • Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, supporting marketing initiatives, and reporting operational performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience in Hiring and team leadership, including staff training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and senior management.
  • Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu comprehension, service standards, and basic understanding of cost and inventory management.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in the hospitality or F&B sector.
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to restaurant operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic restaurant management systems or POS software.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
