Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of both outlets
- Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Monitor opening and closing procedures
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower requirements
- Motivate and develop employees to achieve operational goals
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Monitor daily sales and profitability
- Control food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses
- Review cash handling procedures and outlet reports
- Achieve monthly revenue and profit targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing multiple outlets is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and reporting
- Knowledge of UAE labor and food safety regulations

Job Summary

Salary and Benefits
- AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
- 30 calendar days paid annual leave after completing one year of service.
- Company provided health insurance in accordance with UAE regulations.
- End of service gratuity calculated and paid in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
- Company sponsored employment visa and Emirates ID.
- One day off per week.
- Up to 6 months probation period as per UAE Labour Law.
