Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a motivated, service-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to deliver the quality, hospitality, and efficiency our guests expect. What You’ll Do As a Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

Hiring, training, developing, and coaching team members

Leading and directing daily employee work and performance

Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, safety, and guest service standards

Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization

Engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience

Working in various restaurant positions as needed

Managing inventory, ordering, and supply levels

Recording sales, payroll, expenses, and financial data

Preparing cash deposits and maintaining financial accountability

Creating and managing the unit budget

Coordinating local marketing initiatives

Ensuring compliance with employment laws and food safety regulations
