Job Description Details
- SOPs: Develop SOPs and assure staff are trained and adhered to it.
- Manpower: Evaluate staff performance (In terms of food quality and behavior). Help recruiting highly professional staff.
- Menu Management: Menu Development and Updating; Develop products which are DELICIOUS in taste and APPEALING in look; Assure staff training and capable to provide consistent and high quality products; Quality management and Assurance; Increase production efficiency and reduce waste; Overall, assure menu costing and pricing are appropriate and profitable; Sourcing best suppliers (for ingredients and ready products) with better prices and top quality; Monitoring fast moving low moving items; Assure all products are well displayed physically (display chiller, on counter) and on all platforms (Menu, Digital signage, Delivery Apps, whatsapp profile and google maps profile); Packaging. Assure all products received in proper packaging and good display.
- Ordering platforms management: Review the menu, photos, descriptions, and pricing; Study offers and assure consistent and elevated sales.
- Monitor menu items updating in different platforms: (Items, names, photos, descriptions, prices) POS, QR Code menu, Talabat/Noon/Deliveroo, Digital signage, WhatsApp profile, Google maps; Make sure nice and appealing photos are displayed.
- Procurement
- Manage and follow up with Marketing team.
