Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage food and beverage costs and minimize wastage.
- Monitor sales, expenses, cash handling, and restaurant performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Control staff costs and operational expenses within the approved budget.
- Implement promotions, offers, and delivery-platform operations.
- Coordinate kitchen operations and maintain food safety and hygiene compliance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Previous Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager experience is preferred.
- UAE restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food costing, inventory, and staff management.
- Good understanding of sales, expenses, profit margins, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic Microsoft Excel reporting.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Compensation
- The stated pay range is AED 1,500 to AED 2,500 per month.
- Salary is to be discussed based on experience.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
