Lead daily restaurant operations across kitchen, front-of-house staff, dine-in service, takeaway, and delivery channels.
Ensure seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across dine-in service, takeaway, and delivery platforms.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage and service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues or complaints.
- Review daily sales reports, control operational costs, and implement profitability strategies.
- Manage food delivery app orders and customer complaints.
Qualifications and skills
- Proven hands-on experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and aggregator dashboards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
