Role Overview
Daikan Izakaya in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team and oversee daily restaurant operations.
The role focuses on exceptional service delivery, staff management, operational performance, and memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the restaurant team and foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, daily operations, service quality, and operational standards.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff and develop training programs to support service standards.
- Interact with guests, address concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Supervise inventory management and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, multitasking, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
