Role Overview
The Restaurant Manager will oversee operations at Chirp Café and in-room dining while assisting with Bloom Events and outdoor catering services.
The role focuses on team management, guest service, operational efficiency, and achievement of business goals.
Café and In-Room Dining
- Oversee daily operations at Chirp Café and in-room dining, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
- Supervise and train service staff to follow procedures and maintain high service standards.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback and provide personalized service when needed.
- Ensure staff understand menu offerings and daily specials.
- Assist with inventory, supply ordering, and stock-level management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Events and Outdoor Catering
- Assist the Event Manager with setup, guest coordination, and service management at Bloom Events.
- Coordinate logistics and staffing for outdoor catering services.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event and catering materials and food.
- Supervise staff during events and catering functions and ensure adherence to event plans.
- Collect event feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to the team.
