New Opening \| Healthy Food Concept
We are looking for a Restaurant In-Charge to join our new healthy food concept in Khalifa City.
The role is ideal for someone with strong supervisory and team-management experience who enjoys being hands-on with daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Allocate duties, manage shifts and ensure smooth service
- Train and support team members to maintain service standards
- Ensure food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Monitor stock, wastage and daily operational requirements
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive guest experience
- Support the management team with daily reports and operational requirements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café or similar F&B environment
- Previous experience supervising a team is essential
- Healthy food, café or casual dining experience is an advantage
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, responsible and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
