Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Manage restaurant reservations, bookings, and seating arrangements
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer communications
- Coordinate with the service team to manage guest flow and table availability
- Maintain accurate booking records and guest preferences
- Assist with booking platforms, reservation systems, and guest follow ups
- Support social media inquiries and customer engagement
- Assist with special bookings, events, and promotions
- Ensure the reception and entrance area are clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a hostess, receptionist, guest relations staff, or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Experience in managing reservations, booking systems, and customer communication
- Excellent spoken English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Presentable, confident, polite, and customer focused
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems or restaurant reservation platforms is an advantage
- Social media experience is a strong plus
