We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager (Head Coach) to lead operations for a leading fast-food chain in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall restaurant operations
- Lead and supervise team members
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Monitor performance and achieve targets
- Handle customer concerns professionally
Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant/food industry
- Qualification in Hotel Management / Food-related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 3000 SR + 170 Meal Coupon
- After Certification: 3200 SR + 1400–1600 SR Bonus
