High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service w/bar environment.
Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience), proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.

Ability to obtain clearance on a 5 year Transport Canada background check
