Role Overview
Restaurant Captain / Shift In-Charge role supporting a busy Arabic and Levantine restaurant team.
The role supervises front-of-house staff, coordinates with the kitchen, handles guest feedback, and supports a premium dining experience.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- The position is full-time and requires in-person work.
Requirements
- English and Tagalog communication skills are required.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain, Supervisor, or Senior Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume Arabic or Levantine restaurant environment.
- Ability to directly supervise and lead a floor team of up to 10 staff members per shift.
- High proficiency with standard restaurant management software, including Micros, POSist, or Foodics POS systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and floor-management skills.
