We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to actively grow revenue, bring in new customers, and build strong partnerships for a fast-paced restaurant and café business in Dubai.
This is a **pure sales + field growth role**, not a desk job.
The ideal candidate must be confident in outreach, negotiation, and closing deals that directly impact daily sales performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Generation (Core Focus)
- Actively generate new business leads daily (walk-ins, corporate clients, events, catering)
- Promote restaurant offerings to companies, hotels, tour operators, and local businesses
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and recurring clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
2. Corporate & Partnership Development
- Build partnerships with:
- Companies (staff lunch deals, corporate dining)
- Hotels & travel agencies
- Event planners
- Influencers and promoters
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
3. Field Sales & Outreach
- Conduct daily field visits and direct sales pitching
- Present menus, offers, and packages professionally
- Follow up aggressively on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
4. Marketing Collaboration
- Coordinate with management on promotions and campaigns
- Suggest sales-driven offers to increase footfall and orders
- Assist in executing on-ground promotional activities
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Track conversion rates and client acquisition progress
- Maintain accurate lead database and pipeline updates
Kpis (Strict Performance Metrics)
- Monthly revenue generated from personal efforts
- Number of new corporate accounts acquired
- Number of confirmed bookings/events per month
- Conversion rate from leads to sales
- Consistent achievement of monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in **sales / business development / hospitality sales**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
- Existing network in Dubai hospitality/corporate sector is a strong advantage
Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed monthly salary + allowances
- **5% commission on revenue generated personally**
