Role Overview
The Restaurant & Bar Manager oversees restaurants, bars, and room service operations where applicable.
The role is based at Dubai Production City and is full time.
The position is responsible for guest and employee satisfaction and the financial performance of assigned areas.
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or GED plus four years of relevant food and beverage, culinary, or related professional experience is required.
- Alternatively, a relevant two-year degree plus two years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area is required.
Daily Operations
- Supervise employees and manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Maintain service and sanitation standards across restaurant, bar, lounge, and room service areas.
- Review staffing levels against guest service, operational, and financial objectives.
- Assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods and supervise shifts when the Assistant Restaurant Manager is absent.
