Role Overview
Accenture's Oracle division delivers Oracle solutions using design thinking, agile methods, and intelligent technologies.
The role is an Oracle HCM Core HR workstream leadership position focused on large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
The position requires strategic leadership of complex workstreams and client-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle HCM Core HR workstream across organizational structures, workforce lifecycle processes, and personnel data management.
- Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment while maintaining scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Act as the primary client stakeholder contact and provide strategic advice and recommendations.
- Manage dependencies across HCM modules including payroll, time and labor, and benefits.
- Lead business requirements workshops and ensure governance, best practices, and compliance.
- Coach and mentor team members and support business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related discipline.
- Seven to ten years of Oracle HCM experience with deep Core HR expertise.
