Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of

institutional and high-net-worth investor clients.

The role sits at the intersection of client service and

business development, requiring a blend of financial knowledge, communication excellence, and

commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen relationships with an existing book of institutional and HNW clients
  • Understand clients' investment objectives and propose suitable investment solutions
  • Coordinate with the investment team to deliver tailored proposals and portfolio reviews
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Prepare client presentations, investment summaries, and performance reports
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and high-quality
  • responses
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, product offerings, and competitive
  • landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; CFA, CAIA, or CFP a plus
  • 4–6 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or investment advisory
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a client book in a financial services context
  • Strong understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, funds, and
  • alternatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial orientation
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an asset

Salary

10,000 – 15,000 AED per month + Commissions
