Respiratory Therapist - Flex

Schedule

• When taking an assingment it could be up to 36 hours per week, 8-12 hour shifts on days, evenings or overnights.
• Shift Differentials: $3/hr Float differential
• - $4/hr. Night
• - $2/hr. Weekends

• As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for:
• Assessing patient needs and identifies expected outcomes.
• Implementing Respiratory interventions based on plan of care.
• Evaluating care and the patient’s response to interventions and expected outcomes.
• Delivering care as delegated by physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patient population, or individual patient.
• Operating and maintaining all Respiratory Care equipment

Required Qualifications

• Education Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care/Therapy or related field
• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care/Therapy or related field
• License/Certification/Registration Respiratory Therapist License issued by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Respiratory Therapist License issued by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional Requirements (must be obtained and maintained) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 6 months of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 6 months of hire
