Ensure efficient planning and coordination of resources required by divisions to function effectively.
Understand how departments interact to plan resources and fulfill employee requirements.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Marine port industry experience is advantageous.
Skills and competencies
- Attention to detail, safety-mindedness, physical ability, problem solving, adaptability, time management, work ethic, and teamwork.
- Technical competencies include audit preparation, basic budgeting, first aid, Microsoft Office, basic project management, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and governmental processes.
Key accountabilities
- Coordinate the Behavioral Improvement and Consequence Management program and employee vacation plans.
- Resolve personnel issues and implement company policies and procedures within the division.
- Coordinate government and Port Authority documentation, including permits, insurance, certificates, and Iqama.
- Manage training matrices, career paths, personnel scheduling, time records, overtime requests, and scheduling reports.
- Prepare monthly incentive information for Finance and sustain the document management system.
- Perform other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.

Performance indicators include incentive cost, monthly duty-hour reporting, project management, training completion, and vacation-plan progress.
