Role Description
- The Resource Manager at CareWell Pharmacy L.L.C Dubai is a part time hybrid role, based in Dubai with flexibility to work from home. Responsible for planning and allocating staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring adequate coverage across pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate staff, schedule shifts, and ensure adequate coverage across pharmacy operations.
- Monitor workload, optimize resource utilization, and support adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Coordinate with management and team members, track performance metrics, maintain resource records, and support onboarding and training.
- Contribute to process improvements, support change initiatives, and provide guidance to ensure efficient and customer focused service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess staffing needs, interpret operational data, and support resource planning.
- Resource management skills to coordinate schedules, allocate personnel effectively, and balance workload.
- Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, management, and external partners.
- Training and coaching skills to support staff development, onboarding, and continuous improvement.
- Consulting skills to advise on process enhancements, workflow optimization, and best practices in pharmacy operations.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or retail operations is beneficial.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, basic spreadsheets, and reporting software is preferred.
