Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resilience Support Analyst to join our Claims & Assessing (C&A) division as part of our Line 1 Risk function.
As a risk professional, you'll sit within the first line of defence, providing expert advice, guidance, and oversight to divisional teams to help them own and manage their risk landscape effectively.
This is a role where your work genuinely matters: you'll be embedded in the business, helping teams navigate incidents, strengthen controls, and build a resilient, compliant operating environment.
A key focus of this role is Operational Resilience, including the management of models, information security, business continuity, and supplier performance.

About The Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resilience Support Analyst to join our Claims & Assessing (C&A) division as part of our Line 1 Risk function.

What You'Ll Be Doing
- Providing expert risk guidance and support to Claims & Assessing teams in line with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Identifying and escalating gaps in risk management processes, controls, and documentation, and recommending practical improvements.
- Guiding teams in identifying potential incidents from complaints and review findings, and overseeing thorough incident investigations with accurate documentation in our Risk Management System. .
