Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Residential Cleaner role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Residential Cleaner is responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks in clients’ homes, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
- Daily activities include cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, sanitizing high touch areas, making beds, managing linens, and organizing common spaces according to client preferences and company standards.
- The role also involves handling cleaning products and equipment safely, following checklists, reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and respecting client property and privacy.
- Residential Cleaners are expected to arrive on time, follow assigned schedules, communicate clearly with supervisors and clients when needed, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, including routine and deep cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning tools, equipment, and products, including safe handling of chemicals and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and checklists, and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment safely.
- Reliable time management skills, punctuality, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Respectful, professional communication with clients and colleagues, with a focus on confidentiality and customer service.
- Basic English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
