Candidate profile
- Property management experience is required, while administrative and customer service experience are preferred.
- Candidates should understand leasehold obligations and apply policies consistently and fairly.
- The role requires professional communication, sound judgement, resilience, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Basic IT skills are required. Gardening, DIY, property maintenance, budgeting tools, and property management software are relevant, with some listed as desirable or beneficial.
- The role is subject to a DBS check.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running and service delivery of the retirement development.
- Manage building maintenance, contractors, estate issues, and leaseholder enquiries.
- Complete health and safety checks, maintain accurate records, and track ongoing tasks.
