Who are we looking for?
We’re looking to expand our team of Resident Project Representatives in Scranton, PA . As an RPR, you'll play a critical role in delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure projects that directly support local communities. In this highly visible field-based position, you'll serve as GHD's on-site representative, providing construction observation and contract administration support for water and sewer main utility projects, as well as treatment facility improvements. Working closely with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and project teams, you'll help ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements while maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect from GHD.

Provide on-site observation of water and sewer main construction; on-site observation also includes limited civil, piping, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and controls construction associated with water and wastewater treatment facility modifications
