Resident Site Engineer, Derby. Working rotating 12-hour days and nights. Company benefits to include 25 days holiday plus statutory holiday, private healthcare and company contributory pension scheme.
The Role – Resident Maintenance Engineer
Breakdown and planned preventative maintenance on a variety of automated machinery, to include cranes; conveyors; monorail system and a deep freeze high bay.
Working in a cold environment (-20 degrees)
To undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices.
Prioritise system faults.
To ensure quality of output at all times.
To accurately record all work undertaken.
Involvement in continuous improvement projects.
Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
An apprentice trained Electrical Engineer or equivalent qualification.

Experience of working with automated machinery is ideal, however it is not essential as training will be provided.
