• F5 & Application Delivery
- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP systems, specifically focusing on Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Global Traffic Manager (GTM/DNS), and Application Security Manager (ASM/WAF).
- Network Infrastructure:
- Manage and support enterprise-level Cisco routing and switching environments to ensure high availability and seamless connectivity.
• Collaboration & Unified Communications
- Administer and support Cisco UC infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), IP Telephony, and Webex integration.
- WAN Optimization:
- Monitor, configure, and optimize WAN traffic utilizing Riverbed SteelHead appliances to maximize network performance.
- On-Site Support:
- Act as the dedicated on-site technical point of contact for Modon, providing rapid incident response, change management, and proactive system health checks.
