- Provide leadership and mentoring to team members
- Manage coordination and delivery of project to meet time, quality, and budgetary targets
- Supervise contractor and issue instructions, reporting regularly to designer/client
- Liaise with authorities and ensure NOCs are updated
- Chair regular site meetings (progress, commercial, technical, risk, safety)
- Review, monitor, and report construction progress
- Coordinate disciplines and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Check project deliverables including drawings, reports, and QA documentation
- Ensure thorough review and prompt exchange of correspondence, RFIs, and approvals
- Provide final approval of completed works and arrange handover
Requirements
- Familiarity with FIDIC and contract administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- PMP certification preferred
- High rise experience mandatory

Role Overview

- Coordinating all disciplines within the project and with adjoining projects.
- Checking project deliverables including drawings, reports, coordination, QA documentation.
- Ensuring thorough review and prompt exchange of correspondence, RFIs, and approvals.
- Providing final approval of completed works and arranging handover.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with FIDIC and contract administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- PMP in advance (preferred).
- High rise experience mandatory.
