Requirements
- Masters in Architecture
- 15+ years of site supervision/resident engineering experience in the UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of local construction standards and building regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with project management tools is advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing on-site challenges
