Managing daily site supervision activities and ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved IFC documentation, specifications and contractual requirements.
Acting as the primary point of contact between the Consultant, Contractor, Client and project stakeholders.
Monitoring contractor performance, progress, workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
Conducting regular site inspections and ensure works are delivered to the required quality standards.
Reviewing construction activities, identify issues and coordinate timely resolution.
Ensuring compliance with approved method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and project procedures.

Monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
Coordinating with discipline engineers, contractors and specialist subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Reviewing contractor submissions including shop drawings, material approvals, RFIs and technical proposals.
Ensuring construction activities align with approved design intent.
Reviewing and respond to technical queries and site instructions.
Coordinating inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
Supporting resolution of design changes, variations and construction challenges.
Monitoring contractor compliance with project specifications, quality standards and approved documentation.
Reviewing inspection requests, test results, non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
Ensuring defects and outstanding works are identified, recorded and closed.
Supporting the QA/QC team in maintaining project quality standards.
Monitoring material approvals, workmanship and installation quality.
Ensuring accurate site records are maintained throughout construction.
Monitoring contractor progress against approved programmes and milestones.
Attending progress meetings and provide updates on construction status, risks and issues.
Preparing daily site reports, progress reports and technical observations.
Maintaining accurate records of inspections, instructions, approvals and project correspondence.
Supporting project completion, handover, snagging and Defects Liability Period activities.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in large community buildings projects in UAE will be preferred.
Strong consultancy, PMC or supervision consultant experience preferred.
Experience delivering luxury villas, waterfront residential, hospitality or premium mixed-use developments.
