The employer is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join its team in Dubai.
The role requires engineering consultancy experience and extensive Dubai-based experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Dubai is mandatory.
- Engineering consultancy experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong experience in site supervision, inspections, and construction management.
- Good knowledge of UAE and Dubai regulations and standards.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and site technical submittals.
- Strong coordination with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and site management skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities, conduct inspections, and support construction management.
- Review drawings, specifications, and site technical submittals.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Apply applicable UAE and Dubai regulations and standards during site oversight.
