- Own the end to end resident experience from pre arrival welcome calls to daily engagement and issue resolution
- Lead, coach, and develop the front desk, concierge, and resident services team to deliver 5 star service standards
- Conduct regular resident interactions in Arabic and English with equal fluency and warmth
- Handle resident requests, complaints, and escalations with urgency and professionalism
- Oversee front of house operations including reception coverage, visitor management, parcel handling, valet coordination, and concierge services
- Manage move in and move out processes ensuring a seamless experience
- Design and deliver resident engagement initiatives such as community events and seasonal touches

Role Overview

- Lead the entire resident experience lifecycle from move in to daily engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the end to end resident experience from pre arrival welcome calls and move in coordination to ongoing daily touchpoints.
- Lead, coach, and develop the front desk, concierge, and resident services team to deliver consistent 5 star service standards.

- Monitor and uphold community appearance and common area presentation.
- Coordinate with FM, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Design and deliver resident engagement initiatives such as community events and seasonal touches.
- Track resident feedback and implement service improvements.
Requirements
- Background in front of house management in a 5 star hotel environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience leading and developing a service team.
