Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional resident service and maintain high resident satisfaction levels
- Manage daily operations of assigned residential communities
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure common areas are maintained to the highest standards
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, OA regulations, and all applicable UAE laws
- Supervise outsourced service providers and contractors
- Support annual budget preparation and budget monitoring
- Plan and coordinate community events and resident engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5 8 years of experience in community management, property management, or residential operations
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience managing Owners Associations, residential communities, or mixed use developments in the UAE
- Familiarity with RERA, DLD, and OA regulations
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
- Professional certifications such as CMCA, AMS, PCAM, RICS, MPM, or DREI are an advantage

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Community Manager / Residences Manager to oversee the day to day management and operations of residential communities.
- The successful candidate will ensure exceptional resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, efficient vendor management, financial oversight, and the delivery of high quality community services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional resident service and maintain high resident satisfaction levels.
- Ensure timely resolution of resident complaints and inquiries within agreed service levels.
- Monitor resident feedback and implement continuous service improvements.
- Build positive relationships with residents, owners, and Owners Associations.
- Manage the daily operations of assigned residential communities.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure common areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Prepare monthly operational reports, inspection reports, and management updates.
- Organize and participate in routine site meetings and operational reviews.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, OA regulations, and all applicable UAE laws.
- Manage insurance policies, statutory certificates, and regulatory licenses.
- Coordinate Owners Association meetings and maintain accurate governance records.
- Supervise outsourced service providers and contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CMCA, AMS, PCAM, RICS, MPM, or DREI are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in community management, property management, or residential operations.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience managing Owners Associations, residential communities, or mixed use developments in the UAE.
- Familiarity with RERA, DLD, and OA regulations is highly desirable.
