- Own the end to end resident experience from pre arrival to daily touchpoints
- Lead, coach, and develop front desk, concierge, and resident services team
- Conduct regular resident interactions in Arabic and English
- Handle resident requests, complaints, and escalations with professionalism
- Oversee front of house operations including reception, visitor management, and concierge
- Manage move in and move out processes
- Monitor community appearance and service provider performance
- Coordinate with FM, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Design and deliver resident engagement initiatives
- Track resident feedback and implement service improvements
- Support leasing and handover team during new unit releases
Requirements
