Role Overview
The Reservoir Engineering Manager leads reservoir engineering strategy, subsurface evaluation, development planning, production optimization, reserves management, and reservoir-performance analysis.
The role supports exploration, appraisal, development, production, and mature-field activities across complex energy assets.
The position is full-time and fully remote.
Reservoir Strategy and Evaluation
- Develop reservoir strategies aligned with asset objectives and field-development plans.
- Lead reservoir characterization, development studies, performance evaluation, and recovery optimization.
- Analyze pressure, production, fluid, PVT, well-test, and surveillance data.
- Evaluate connectivity, compartmentalization, drive mechanisms, pressure behavior, and fluid movement.
Modeling and Forecasting
- Develop material-balance and analytical reservoir models.
- Build, calibrate, history-match, and update static and dynamic reservoir simulation models.
- Conduct production forecasts and reservoir-performance predictions under multiple development scenarios.
- Define modeling assumptions, workflows, uncertainty ranges, and quality standards.
