Role Description

  • The Reservations Sales Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This role is responsible for handling incoming reservation inquiries, managing bookings across multiple channels, and guiding guests through the reservation process to secure confirmed stays.
  • Daily tasks include providing accurate information about properties and services, preparing price quotations, processing modifications and cancellations, and maintaining up to date reservation records in the system.
  • The specialist actively promotes available offers and upsell opportunities, works closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth guest arrival and departure, and supports training and knowledge sharing within the reservations team.
  • The role requires consistent professional communication with guests and partners, prompt response times, and adherence to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver clear, professional information.
  • Proven Sales and Reservations skills to convert leads, manage booking channels, and optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Proficiency with reservation systems or property management software, and solid MS Office or similar digital tools skills.
  • Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or holiday homes; prior experience in a reservations or front office role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage shifting priorities, and maintain accuracy under time pressure.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used by international travelers are a plus.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Candidate should have deep knowledge of holiday homes.
