Role Overview
The Reservations Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The role handles reservation inquiries, travel package information, bookings, customer communications, and reservation-system processing.
Role Responsibilities
- Book, issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets using Amadeus GDS.
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and fare information.
- Process ticket cancellations, exchanges, and schedule changes.
- Coordinate with airlines to resolve ticketing issues.
- Ensure bookings and ticketing comply with airline policies.
- Support sales and operations teams with reservation and ticketing requests.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service.
- Confirm and modify reservations, prepare booking confirmations, and manage payment details.
- Support walk-in clients and perform receptionist duties as needed.
