Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Reservations Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing reservations, engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and advise customers in selecting travel options that best suit their needs.
  • Make reservations for customers based on their requirements and budgetary allowances.
  • Check the availability of accommodation or transportation for customers' desired travel dates.
  • Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
  • Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  • Sell and promote reservation services to customers.
  • Answer any questions customers have about the reservation process.
  • Up-sell additional services or special packages when appropriate.
  • Provide support to customers needing to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Negotiate deals and set up meetings with potential clients or partners.

Qualifications

  • Position Requirement: **Fluent in Arabic (Native**) & English
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to submit their applications
  • Reservations skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Sales skills to maximize revenue
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with reservation management systems is a plus
  • Flexible working hours/shift
