The Reservations Agent Intern helps create guest experiences from the first interaction.
The role requires care, attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist with room reservations, inquiries, and booking requests.
- Respond to guest calls, emails, and reservation inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, and services.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate booking records.
- Assist with confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments.
- Support daily reservation reports and follow up on pending bookings.
- Promote facilities, room upgrades, packages, and additional services where appropriate.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
