Role Description
- This is a full time on site role located in Dubai for a Reservations Agent.
- The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling guest reservations, maintaining efficient communication via phone and email, providing excellent customer service, and supporting receptionist duties when required.
- The role also involves ensuring accurate record keeping and contributing to the seamless operation of the reservations department.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Phone Etiquette with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Proficiency in Reservations processes, including booking systems and availability management.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to perform Receptionist Duties such as managing guest inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, adapt to a fast paced environment, and maintain professionalism at all times.
