Position Summary

Process hotel reservation requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.

Identify guest needs, determine room types, verify availability and rates, and explain reservation policies.

Provide information about property facilities, services, and room accommodations while supporting revenue goals.

Workplace

  • The role is based at Al Forsan International Sports Resort in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
  • The position is not located remotely.

Guest Service and Operations

  • Accommodate and document special requests and enter reservation data accurately.
  • Apply correct codes and rates for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel-agent inspections, and wholesale reservations.
  • Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns and comply with company policies, confidentiality, asset-protection, and privacy requirements.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally by telephone and in person.
  • Maintain quality standards, positive working relationships, and team support while performing other reasonable duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
