Role Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for guests seeking room reservations.
Provide excellent customer service and support accurate, efficient reservation processes.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist guests with room reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently and address booking-related inquiries and concerns.
- Verify guest information and payment details to confirm reservations.
- Offer recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.
- Promote special offers, packages, and discounts.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and room types.
- Collaborate with the reservations team on room inventory management.
- Assist with group reservations and bookings as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills and knowledge.
- Operate safely and follow environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
Safety and Environmental Standards
- Safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues while contributing to environmental conservation.
