About the Role
Westay Ltd is seeking a Reservation & Operations Executive to assist clients with travel planning, reservations, ticketing, and rebooking. The ideal candidate has a diploma in IATA or Travel & Tourism, experience with GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo, and strong customer service skills.

Requirements
- Graduate and Diploma in IATA or Travel & Tourism
- Rich experience in Issuing and Reissuing Ticket
- Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant
- 1 year of work experience in Leading Travel Agencies in GCC countries
- Extensive knowledge in GDS systems: Amadeus, Sabre & Galileo
- Must be familiar with all related lines of business and IATA regulations
- Sound knowledge of reservations & ticketing systems with good communication skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Dubai before starting work

Responsibilities Overview
- The Ticketing Officer helps clients plan trips, answers questions on travel arrangements, makes and confirms reservations, calculates expenses, and sells tickets.
- May also make other arrangements such as car bookings and re book tickets if schedules change.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
- Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to passengers.
- Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
- Help passengers to plan for their trips.
- Help to make and confirm reservations.
- Provide good customer service.
- Re book tickets and other arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate and Diploma in IATA or Travel & Tourism
- Rich experience in Issuing and Reissuing Ticket
- Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant
